These terms are the agreement between you and Darling Twigs Limited when you use darlingtwigs.com or place an order. By purchasing, you accept them. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights, which always take precedence.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email your order confirmation. Occasionally we may decline an order and refund you in full (a pricing error, suspected fraud, an address we can’t ship to); we’ll always tell you. Please check your details before confirming, especially the delivery address: once printing has begun we may not be able to change or cancel.

Prices and payment

Prices are as shown on the product page, with no taxes added at checkout. We accept Shopify Payments (major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and PayPal; payment is taken at checkout. If we spot a genuine pricing error after you order, we may decline and refund rather than fulfil at the wrong price.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms, including your statutory 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU).

Made to order

Every item is printed individually, so minor variations in print placement, colour or finish are part of made-to-order, not defects. Genuine faults are covered in full under the Returns & Refunds Policy and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our designs

Darling Twigs® is a registered trade mark (UKIPO No. UK00004387366). All designs, images and text on this site belong to Darling Twigs Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or print them without written consent. Please use the site lawfully: no interfering with its operation, scraping or bots.

Our liability

Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or anything else that can’t lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

The legal bits

Your personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; each order is governed by the version in force when placed. If part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers elsewhere keep the protections and courts of their home country where more favourable. Complaints we can’t resolve: UK, Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer); US, your state Attorney General (usa.gov/state-consumer).
